Grounding is a way of connecting your body to the earth. When you use this technique, you create more space within yourself. Grounding is a technique that continues to grow for you, the more you practice it.

Grounding can help you to protect yourself from unwanted energies, and help your body to feel safe and well. When you have grounding, you can release any energies you are done with. Grounding yourself makes it easier for you to turn on your own abilities, including your psychic abilities.

Grounding helps you to heal yourself, create peace within yourself, quiet an overly busy mind, and release anxiety and jittery energies from your body.
